A confirmation email will be sent to you upon successful completion of the check out process. The receipt of the order confirmation email does not consitute the acceptance of a order.
All orders received before 2:00pm EST. will be shipped out the same day. All orders received after 2:00pm EST. on will ship out next business day. This applies to the National holidays and the special occasions and circumstances. Due to the factors beyond our control, the shipping policy is not guaranteed.
The cancellation on orders which are packaged or shipped will incur 25% restocking fee (plus round-trip shipping cost if the package is refused by customer).
We reserve the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer.
- Prices and Avaliability:
Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices and avaliability are subject to change without notice.
- Minimum purchase and Discount Policy:
Minimum purchase of $150.00 plus shipping is required.
3% discount on purchase of $500 or more.
5% discount on purchase of $1000 or more.
Promotional sale items are excluded from the discount.
- Payment:
Credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover) and Paypal are accepted.
Upon receiving order, your credit card will be processed for pre-authorization.
Upon shipping your order, pre-authorized amount will be capture as payment.
You'll receive a notification from us for the orders with declined payment. The order will be canceled if we do not receive alternate valid credit card.
- Shipping:
UPS is the primary shipping method. However, we do ship by USPS also upon request from customers.
We also ship via USPS.
We are not responsible for the lost/missing insured package during the transportation. The reimbursement should be obtained from the carrier for the insured packages.
- Tax:
Sales tax is excluded on all transactions.
- Returns:
All return should be accompanied by an RMA number. Please email the order number, item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
For proper handling of the return, clearly mark the RMA number we emailed you on the package.
Unless a RMA number is requested within 3 business days after the receipt of the merchandise, return will not be processed.
We will issue a store credit only for the defective or damage item.
There will be a 25% restocking fee on returned merchandise that is neither damaged nor defective.
All sales are FINAL on promotional sale items. No return accepted under any circumstances.
We are not responsible for merchandise damaged during transportation. The UPS shipping charge includes insurance that covers damage or loss during transportation and the claim should be filed with UPS.
